For over three decades I've lived inside dentistry — the artistry of what it can create and the broken systems, weak business models, and outdated education that keep brilliant clinicians trapped in a career that owns them.

I've built two practices from scratch. Aesthetic Dental Designs in Laguna Niguel — five chairs, fee-for-service, no insurance. And Dr. Snyder Cosmetic Dentistry in Las Vegas — one chair, zero full-time employees, AI-run. Same clinician. Two different bets on where dentistry is going. Both profitable.

I graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry and the F.A.C.E. Institute. While at UCLA, I co-developed and co-directed the world's first two-year postgraduate program in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry.

I became the 77th Accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry — an honor earned by a small handful of dentists in the world. I hold three additional fellowships and a diplomate. I've lectured internationally for over 30 years, contributed to three books, and hold patents on TS Retractors and Tactyx Margin Master Burs.

Credentials are the beginning of the conversation, not the end. The point of LEGION isn't what I've collected — it's what I've built with it, and what I can help you build with what you've got.

Why I built LEGION

I got tired of watching good dentists lose.

Not because they lacked talent — the ones I watched crumble were often the most skilled clinicians in the room. They lost because nobody ever taught them how to run the business behind the dentistry. No strategy. No systems. No communication playbook. No plan. Just harder work inside a broken model.

Dentistry doesn't need more information. It needs a different operating system. LEGION is where dentists stop drifting and start building — strategy, systems, communication, execution, and identity. All the things dental school forgot to teach.

I don't teach theory. I teach what I run.
